ourTeachers

We believe that some of the most profound lessons can happen during everyday moments. Learning happens best in a warm and nurturing environment in the care of our highly skilled teachers. Our well qualified teachers work with your child’s natural inclination for exploration and investigation to create fun, flexible learning experiences that foster well-rounded development in a safe and caring environment. All teachers are educated and trained in early childhood education and development. Teachers must pass a detailed background check and have extensive experience within childcare or education. Teachers also continue their education through professional development opportunities and mandatory training to meet strict local and state licensing regulations.

Children are naturally inquisitive, joy-filled, and excited about life. They love celebrating Shabbat and Havdalah  with Rabbi Berkun for a deeply spiritual  child-focused, music-filled, and joyful weekly experience recognizing the unique perspective children bring with them to synagogue.

KIDSYOGA

Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children as well. A growing body of research has already shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children.

Playing in the sand is an enjoyable form of independent play, but it’s also a great way for her to interact with others. When children share sand toys or dig a hole together, they’re not only practicing social skills like turn-taking and collaboration, but also using problem-solving and language skills as well. Plus, achieving a goal together provides a great sense of accomplishment they can share with friends!

We'd love to hear from you
